GetRight Browser or View Transfer Details windows don't open. GetRight Browser or View Transfer Details windows don't open. This is caused by an older version of the RICHTX32.OCX file GetRight uses being on your computer. You can download and run this small installer to install the version of this file that comes with GetRight (if it is newer than the one on your computer). This has fixed it for most people.
